The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, in the centre of town, the garden was nice. Plus, we stayed not very far from The Entrance Heritage Walk...

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was plenty of variety to choose from. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.
The room was quite hot and the floor standing cooler was not very effective. There was also only one method of ventilation, which was opening the window, but this meant that the blind had to stay up during the night and there were bright street lights outside.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms and shared lounge were spotlessly clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, the balcony was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon, and the dining room had a quaint charm. The staff were really accommodating, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
Don't have any issues at all.

Welcoming reception and comfortable, warm room. Separate entrance was convenient and the meals were hearty and tasty. the breakfast was just right, with a variety of options. the dining and lounge areas were cozy, with comfortable seating and a nice old-world charm. Clean and modern bathrooms were great.
Some aspects need improvement. It was difficult to find the bathroom and toilet facilities, and some rooms were small with high bunk beds.
